Training

Feeling confident and competent to resolve workplace conflicts in a respectful and emotionally intelligent way is a key skill for all HR professionals, managers and leaders. Equipping managers with such skills gives them the confidence to know when and how best to intervene when conflicts first arise.

 

In addition to bespoke training, we offer OCN accredited workplace mediation training. The National Accreditation in Workplace Mediation enables individuals to be confident, competent and accredited workplace mediators, whether in-house or as consultants. Delegates will gain the knowledge and skills to resolve serious breakdowns in working relationships between individuals in a range of complex workplace disputes. 

 

We can support organisations wishing to establish an in-house mediation scheme, including the recruitment and selection of in-house mediators, embedding a mediation provision within the formal procedures; communications and awareness-raising; and evaluating the success of the scheme.
